The POSE Studio Concierge is a unique and critically important position – a combination of a Guest Services Representative, Sales Associate and Location Manager.

Delight Our Customers (Guest Services)‍

As the first and last “face” for the Customer, you are a POSE brand ambassador and must have abundant positive energy, a caring and empathetic personality, and a “nothing gets me frazzled” approach while making the following tasks look effortless:

• Greet guests (by name, where possible) upon arrival at POSE
• Answer calls, texts and emails from customers and staff
• Provide excellent customer service working to answer customer questions Give tours to
  new prospective customers and educate them about our services
• Collect payments before each class and ensure that clients have paid for attended sessions

Build Our Business (Sales Associate)

As our lead Sales Associate, the POSE Studio Concierge also plays a pivotal role in making sure our business thrives. Interacting with customers from the position of the front desk, the Studio Concierge is expected to educate, convince and ultimately enroll customers. Specifically, the goal is to:

• Educate customers on the various memberships and packages offered
• Ensure that customers understand the benefits and differences of each option
• Consult with and offer POSE memberships and packages that align with customer needs
• Present options to maintain customers rather than cancellation of memberships.

Manage Our Location (Location Manager)

Making sure POSE customers can realize their full potential depends on “keeping the house in order”. There is nothing worse than a facility that feels dirty, run-down and neglected. Here are some of the tasks to make sure POSE is flawless:

• Open and/or close the studio at the beginning/end of the day (shift dependent)
• Inspect and maintain appearance and cleanliness of the location
• Manage the technology at the location (including computers, music, video)
• Create the perfect environment via audio (music), light and temperature
• Interact with key vendors to maintain the facility, electronics, cleanliness, etc.
• Report (daily, weekly) progress to owners to improve studio operations and procedures

The perfect candidate has customer service in their DNA and can’t rest until everything is ticked & tied and organized to perfection. Armed with a label maker, a white glove and an Internet connection, nothing is impossible – and it’s all done with a smile.

The POSE Studios Certified Yoga Instructor is the core position at the studio and ultimately will determine a customers' experience. You are a POSE brand ambassador and must have abundant positive energy and a caring and empathetic personality.

The Yoga Instructor will facilitate one-hour long classes in their respective areas of expertise. Instructors must follow a weekly consistent schedule on location at POSE Studios, including:

• Instructor must be certified and skilled at Instructing yoga classes on a professional level in their respective area of expertise
• Instructor must prepare a 55-minute planned yoga sequence ready for each class that represents a best-in-class routine for their respective areas
• Instructor must have a completed a seamless music playlist appropriate for the class

The POSE Studio Blow-Out Stylist is part of the overall POSE team and a critical aspect of our new concept. Our mission is to empower people to look and feel their best and the POSE Studio Blow-Out Stylist is an important part of the equation.

Empowering Our Customers

From a simple touch-up to a full up-do, how you feel about yourself is (in part) based on how you look. The number one job of the Stylist is to make our customers feel amazing, appreciated and empowered. Here are some of the specifics:

• Greet customers (by name, where possible) upon arriving for their appointment
• Create an inviting environment where they can be comfortable
• Assess the Customer’s needs, desires and address challenges
• Wash, dry and style hair based on a list of pre-designed looks; alter as needed
• Recommend techniques and products for the Customer
  Additionally, as part of the Stylists day-to-day responsibility:
• Maintaining an immaculate work area, with cleaning and touch-ups throughout the day
• Discussing products and inventory supplies with the Studio Concierge and/or Owner
• Staying up to date with all the hairstyle trends and discussing new designs with Owner

Must Haves

• Must have a current and valid Texas Cosmetologist License
• Must follow all State Board/Texas Department of Licensing Regulations/Guidelines
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a hairstylist
• Applicants must present themselves professionally, to match POSE Studios high-end environment (this is not a “roll out of bed” type place)
