The POSE Studio Concierge is a unique and critically important position – a combination of a Guest Services Representative, Sales Associate and Location Manager.

Delight Our Customers (Guest Services)

As the first and last “face” for the Customer, you are a POSE brand ambassador and must have abundant positive energy, a caring and empathetic personality, and a “nothing gets me frazzled” approach while making the following tasks look effortless:

Build Our Business (Sales Associate)

As our lead Sales Associate, the POSE Studio Concierge also plays a pivotal role in making sure our business thrives. Interacting with customers from the position of the front desk, the Studio Concierge is expected to educate, convince and ultimately enroll customers. Specifically, the goal is to:


Manage Our Location (Location Manager)

Making sure POSE customers can realize their full potential depends on “keeping the house in order”. There is nothing worse than a facility that feels dirty, run-down and neglected. Here are some of the tasks to make sure POSE is flawless:

The Perfect Candidate ‍

The perfect candidate has customer service in their DNA and can’t rest until everything is ticked & tied and organized to perfection. Armed with a label maker, a white glove and an Internet connection, nothing is impossible – and it’s all done with a smile.
